How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–15 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Why did my order arrive in several packages?
Items in a set can ship separately and arrive on different days. Every package is tracked.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Using the system
How do I use the applicator?
Fill it with oil, part your hair, glide the comb tips along your scalp while squeezing lightly, then massage for 1–2 minutes. Leave the oil on for at least 30 minutes or overnight, then wash.
How often should I use it?
2–3 times a week works well for most people.
Can I use my own oil or serum?
Yes. The applicator works with most hair oils and light serums.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Patch-test on a small area first and stop using it if irritation occurs. For external use only.
