Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.

Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items

Send us a photo of the issue and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to return the item.

Change of mind

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used oil and applicators can't be returned unless they are defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
