Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. We don't ship outside the US yet.

Delivery time

• Processing: 1–3 business days
• Delivery: 7–15 business days after processing

Items in your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. Every package is tracked, and you'll get an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, or tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order and we'll update it.
